This is a BMT money clip!

This is a very rare item, with only a small number produced.
I purchased it at Worldly-wise in Tokyo, where they only received three of these.
Also, this uses vintage Tiffany cutlery, making it a high-end BMT item.
Restir, which handles many Tiffany custom orders, sells similar items for around 100,000 yen.
K18 gold is lavishly used for the dollar mark. The \"K\" at the beginning of \"K18\" indicates it\'s made in Japan and of higher purity and quality. It is hallmarked.

You can use it as a money clip, or attach a chain to wear it as a necklace, or use it as a keychain, etc.
